These terms apply to every booking at Scissor Hair Studio and to the use of this website. By booking an appointment you agree to them.
1. Bookings
Booking requests are confirmed by phone or email. Your appointment is held once we confirm it.
2. Cancellations and late arrivals
Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or rebook your service.
3. Prices and payment
Prices on this website are starting prices. Your stylist confirms the final price at consultation, before any work begins. We accept card and cash.
4. Patch tests
Colour services need a patch test at least 48 hours before your first appointment. It is free and takes five minutes.
5. If you are not happy
Tell us within seven days and we will invite you back to adjust your cut or colour at no charge.
6. Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months and can be used for any service or product. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Website content
Photos and text on this website belong to Scissor Hair Studio and may not be reused without permission.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
